RealAs advised 80% of home auctions in metropolitan Melbourne suburbs were "underquoted" in February 2015 with buyer price guidance.

Box Hill South had the biggest gap between estate agent price guidance and the final auction selling price.

The realAs website alleges Victoria holds the title as the worst underquoting state in Australia.
