While they're working on their groundbreaking $1 billion STH BNK by Beulah tower, Beulah has been busy on the low density side of residential development.

Their recently completed project Provenance, a boutique project of just 12 apartments, has been designed by Elenberg Fraser in the heart of CAMBERWELL at 890 Toorak Road.

Each of the ten house-sized apartments and two luxury penthouses has been thoughtfully designed to redefine the concept of multi-residential living.

"Provenance is a project that will shift your expectations and understanding of what it is to live in a multi-residential building, now and into the future," Callum Fraser, Principal Architect at Elenberg Fraser said.

One of the standout features of the apartments is the private lift, providing residents with the utmost privacy and convenience. The seamless integration of the lift adds a touch of exclusivity, ensuring a sense of luxury from the moment you step foot into your home.

The attention to detail extends to the heart of the home, the kitchen. The Gaggenau chef's appliance package sets a new standard for culinary excellence, allowing residents to unleash their inner chef. The addition of a butler's pantry further enhances the functionality and practicality of the kitchen, providing ample storage space and an additional preparation area.

Expansive north-facing terraces and private balconies seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, inviting residents to relax and unwind while enjoying the vistas of the surrounding landscaped gardens, with the generous outdoor spaces serving as an extension of the living areas.
