Award-winning Melbourne property developer, Beulah, has announced Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – the global leader in luxury hospitality - as the chosen manager of the hotel within its new $2.7 billion development, STH BNK by Beulah.

Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne will comprise 210 rooms, crowning the western tower of STH BNK by Beulah, with guests arriving via a Sky Lobby located on the 63rd floor, boasting panoramic views over Melbourne’s city skyline, beachfront and Royal Botanical Gardens.

The Hotel will also offer a world-class integrated health and wellness experience, a rooftop restaurant and bar and multiple event spaces.

Beulah Executive Director Adelene Teh said Four Seasons was the perfect partner for STH BNK by Beulah and will offer an unmatched hospitality experience, while remaining uniquely Melbourne.

“As STH BNK by Beulah continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the luxury, lifestyle and sustainability spaces, Four Seasons aligned perfectly to our ethos and vision, offering unparalleled experiences, a bold commitment to innovation, and fantastic sustainability initiatives across its hotels and resorts."

“Four Seasons will provide an uber-luxurious lifestyle offering to Melbourne’s residents and visitors alike, one that fuses wellness, sustainability, art and culture, and innovation, providing guests with everything they need within the one destination."

“It will also pay homage to Victoria’s Garden State title, tying in with STH BNK and Beulah’s commitment to biophilic design and will be further strengthened via a health and wellness theme. All of these elements will culminate to create an urban resort in the sky.”

Envisioned as a vertical mini-metropolis, STH BNK By Beulah will comprise four distinct collections of private residences, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, 3,000 seat auditorium, commercial offices, childcare centre, a health and wellness precinct, arts and culture spaces and programs, as well as experiential retail, all within two twisting terraced forms.

An international collaboration with UNStudio and Cox Architecture, STH BNK by Beulah will deliver approximately 449 residences.

On track to become Australia’s tallest tower, STH BNK by Beulah is also set to become the tallest vertical garden in the world, incorporating a natural environment within its skyscraper. The vertical garden will reach a total of five-and-a-half kilometres, the length of Melbourne’s famed The Tan running track nearly one-and-a-half times over. Beyond the exterior, the development will also offer a number of green communal spaces.

An iconic global luxury brand, Four Seasons opened its first hotel in 1961 and has since been dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality. They currently have 122 hotels and resorts in operation, as well as 48 residential properties in 47 different countries, with the Melbourne hotel set to play a pivotal role for the brand’s presence in Australia.

Bart Carnahan, President, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts said,

“We are incredibly proud to partner with Beulah and to be a part of the leading-edge STH BNK by Beulah development. This project will set a new standard for luxury in Melbourne, offering guests an exceptional Four Seasons experience set within an environment that will be unmatched in this market.”

Construction is expected to commence late 2022, with completion due around 2027.
