Balgownie in St Kilda West sells after revised pricing: Title Tattle

Balgownie, the very unusual 1913 Beaconsfield Parade, St Kilda West house has been sold. 

The three-level five bedroom house with a lift was listed last September at $5 million plus, but it was repriced at $3.9 million over the intervening months.

Shane Siemers and Andrew Stuart at Hocking Stuart recently posted the sold sticker. The sale price has not been disclosed.
