Anu Corp Developments has recently completed its boutique Donvale apartment development, Opus House.

Just a handful of the 34 apartments are left for sale in the Old Warrandyte Road project, where each apartment boasts over 100 sqm of internal space.

Anu engaged the Martin Schacher and Gonzalo Ascui-led Ascui & Co. to design the project, which draws inspiration from the natural world.

“It is one thing to see, but another thing entirely to have vision; to recognise possibility that is invisible to others," Ascui said.

The commitment to timeless style and the utilisation of top-tier materials are evident from the exterior curves to the vaulted entrance, capturing the essence of nature's beauty.

Internally, the homes feature natural stone and engineered timbers, along with Miele appliances, chrome tapware and fixures, honed grey feature tiles and pure wool carpets in the bedrooms. A number of the apartments include generous butler pantries and separate laundries.

Adjoining to expansive private outdoor terraces and courtyards, the apartments blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, with Opus House offering versatile spaces throughout.
