Anglesea shack sells for $1.51 million

An original, three-bedroom beach Anglesea shack has been sold for $1.51 million.

The property is on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road at Anglesea.

The 46 Melba Parade property features the original, three-bedroom beach shack on a 929 square metre block.

It last sold at $235,000 in 1989.

The private sale was handled by Surf Coast Real Estate, Anglesea.

It was first listed in late 2011 with the asking price first revealed in late 2013 at $1,675,000.
