All about the rooftop at luxury Hawthorn East development Seven Six Five

Excavation works have commenced at the luxury apartment project, Seven|Six|Five Residences, at 765 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East.

The complex will have 54 apartments on its scheduled mid-2022 completion.

Seven|Six|Five Residences offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with shared facilities including a rooftop pool, bbq and entertainment area.

Prices range $435,000 to $2,000,000. 

First Urban have been appointed as project managers to deliver the luxury apartment project.

First Urban Director, Paul Harris, said Seven|Six|Five Residences “is a unique project combining a striking façade, impeccable finishes, well considered layouts and a stand-out location”.

The apartment complex is located close to Tooronga Station, Glenferrie Road, City Link, and a shopping centre across the road.

Seven|Six|Five Residences is also set close to local parklands and sporting grounds.

Designed by the award winning KUD Architects, the complex will have premium finishes with stone and natural wood features delivering rich aesthetics.

The project’s landscape architects are John Patrick Landscapes.

There is secure basement carparking and storage spaces for every apartment. Early purchases of the three bedroom and premium two bedroom apartments will have the opportunity of purchasing an additional car park. 

The marketing advises low body corporate fees.
