With a striking 33-metre by five-metre vertical garden on one face and a facade by Australian artist Robert Owen that brings to mind a cascade of raindrops glinting in the sun, the Triptych building is a work of art in itself. Seven four-bedroom "penthouses" across the top five levels of the building are now on the market, with price hopes of between $3.75 million and $5.5 million. The apartments offer views of either the Melbourne skyline or the Royal Botanic gardens, and they have the state-of-the-art fittings and fixtures one would expect for apartments of this calibre. The apartments are large, ranging from 306 square metres to 330 square metres. Four of the seven apartments have been sold.
