Piper Townhomes is the latest release in AVJenning's Waterline Place masterplan in the bayside suburb of Williamstown.

The boutique collection of just 14 townhouses designed and constructed by their in-house team facing Nelson Place.

Piper is just one of 14 apartment and townhouse developments that will call Waterline Place home, AVJennings are planning for 500 residences located in and around a sea of pedestrian-friendly, streets and laneways.

Located close to the convenient public transport that is the Williamstown train station 400 metres away, Piper townhomes are 9km from the Melbourne CBD.

Within walking distance is Hobson Bay, offering cafes, restaurants, supermarket, shops, swimming beaches and renowned boating clubs.

Some of the fine dining establishments on Nelson Place include The Strand, Titanic Bistro & Show, Monzarella Italian and Tick Tok. Further afield are Sebastion and Rotunda by the Williamstown Botanic Gardens.

Residents can discover the walking trails of Point Gellibrand Coastal Heritage Park or catch the cricket at the Williamstown Cricket Ground near Seaview Williamstown a breezy location for seaside events.

As Piper is so close to the coast, there a number of scenic hotspots to check out including Point Gellibrand Lookout, Williamstown Timeball Tower and Gem Pier where residents can get a closer look at the HMAS Castlemaine, a ship museum indicative of Williamstown's tight naval connections

Representative of Williamstown's maritime history, large scale maritime industry dominates Williamstown's piers precinct and a maritime theme characterises the Nelson Place tourism precinct close-by.
