Differentiating itself from the larger projects on the market in the area, the Riva Ridge-developed Soul Hampton offers just eight apartments across the site.

The group engaged locals, Finnis Architecture and Interiors to design the building, with the apartments incorporating natural stone and veneer timber panelling, packed with fine finishes and Gaggenau appliances

With a focus on maximising space, the project delivers a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 120 sqm to 181 sqm.

With a majority of the residences already sold, Noorden Sales Agent, David Lamond highlighted the limited opportunity in the sought-after project, with just two residences remaining.

“The two-bedroom apartment is possibly the largest two-bed option available in Hampton, which just adds to the project, with its already amazing location,” Lamond said.

Starting from $1,595,000, the 143 sqm two-bedroom apartment finds its home on level one of Soul, appointed with a large and luxurious floorplan.

A ground floor apartment is also up for grabs, spanning 231 sqm, with a price tag of $1,925,000.

The three-bedroom offering benefits from an expansive landscaped courtyard, with the south-facing area also including an alfresco dining space.

With two-bathrooms and two car spaces, both of the apartments also come with a storage room in the basement.
