Melbourne Quarter is the latest development from Lendlease.

Situated between Collins and Flinders Streets, the new precinct will be a new place for people to connect, offering city living, retail and green spaces.

Collaboratively designed by renowned architects, Fender Katsalidis, Denton Corker Marshall, Woods Bagot and Aspect Oculus, the development provides an unrivalled dynamism that allows residents to live, work and play, all within a 200-metre radius.

Each of the one and two-bedroom residences deliver a stone-paved balcony, timber flooring and contemporary fittings.

But what’s more, is the numerous amenities at the doorstep of each home. Urban takes a look at what Melbourne Quarter has to offer.

1. Club MQ

As a resident in the luxurious Melbourne Quarter, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to three floors of resort-style amenities at Club MQ.

Providing the ideal setting to socialise in, Lendlease’s development boasts private dining spaces with fully-equipped kitchens, a residents’ lounge and panoramic city views.

2. A new Melbourne laneway

Melbourne Quarter will be home to Melbourne’s newest laneway, promising new delights for locals and visitors alike.

“From eclectic boutiques to must-try dining, it will soon become one of the city’s favourite haunts”, the project marketing reads.

3. Fitness facilities

As part of Club MQ, the Docklands development will offer multiple fitness facilities exclusively for its residents.

This will include access to gym facilities, a private yoga space, a spa and sauna and a 25-metre indoor swimming pool.

The pool area’s large double-storey floor-to-ceiling windows will provide opportunities to take in the city skyline while swimming laps.

4. Sky Park

Elevated above Collins Street, a hidden sanctuary will boast a new neighbourhood park.

Sky Park will feature lush lawns, private outdoor dining and barbeque facilities, a local café and views of Melbourne’s skyline.

The open green space will extend over the Melbourne Quarter’s towers in the form of cascading vertical gardens, climbing the full height of the building.

5. Private lounge-style theatrette

Fusing dark timber wall panelling and flexible seating arrangements, a private, 20-seat lounge-style theatrette allows residents to unwind in style.

The relaxing space is the ideal location to unwind after a long day at work.

One-bedroom apartments in the complex begin from $458,000, while two-bedroom residences begin from $607,000.
