A two bedroom solid brick veneer 1980s house in Cobram, a town on the Murray River, has been traded for $170,000 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Andrew Jenkins and Brendan Mustica from Andrew Jenkins & Co.

It last sold $180,000 in 2011.

Located at 3 Wills Street, the house comprises of two generous bedrooms, spacious open living area, kitchen with wall oven and four vehicle lockup carport plus another carport.

Nestled on a 960 square metre block, additional features of the house include timber floating floors, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and large entertaining area.

The suburb's median house price sits at $245,000, according to CoreLogic.
