The former Lara lockup has been listed for sale.
Known as the Old Lara Police Station, the property is offered for sale for the first time.
The 507 square mere lot is zoned Residential Growth (Schedule 2).
It is close to the train station.
The building consists of a reception area, large waiting room, two office rooms plus a mess area and toilet.
There is a steel garage plus a brick store room and the old lock up too.
The 6 Rennie Street holding is set for 9 May auction through Craig Burns at Burns Archer.
"No stamp duty payable," the marketing says.
