Just 60 auctions across Victoria on AFL Grand Final weekend

There are just the 60 auctions this weekend in Melbourne given the AFL Grand Final distraction, according to the REIV.
Dandenong tops the offerings with three scheduled auctions.
They include the Century 21 Wilson Price auction of a two bedroom Langhorne Street cottage (pictured below), in conjunction with Advantage Property's Frank Valentic.
Vermont, Glen Waverley, Springvale and Ferntree Gully all have two auctions, the REIV has advised.
There are two auction scheduled at Warrnambool.
It is expected some will be sold ahead of the day.
