Nando's Barkly Street, Footscray retail shop listed

A retail shop in Melbourne's Footscray, home to international fast-food chain Nando's, has been listed for sale.
The 150 square metre property, known as Shop 1, 250 Barkly Street, is leased to Nando's on a 5+5+5 year lease to 2027, with annual 3% fixed rent increases.
The annual rent is $65,672.
The selling agents are Jamie Perlinger and Adam Thomas of Burgess Rawson.
