Altona development site slated for auction

A development site in Melbourne's western industrial heartland of Altona has been slated for auction, with price expectations of more than $800,000.
The 5,132 square metre industrial site is located, at 8 Kearsley Court, is only minutes from the West Gate Freeway and 14 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.
The site will be auctioned on March 6 through marketing agents, Savills Australia's Tim Casanelia and Tom Davis of Tom Davis Industrial Property Consultants.
"The sale provides an opportunity for a developer or owner-occupier to secure a site in what has been a sought after location having already attracted the likes of Coles, Toyota, Chep and Target," said the agents.
