Two state of the art kitchens - main and caterers. That's the highlight of the Prahran home of the Melbourne based food stylist, Peta Gray, and her husband Rob, which has been scheduled for March 15 auction.

Gowan Stubbings and Emma Bloom at Kay & Burton are quoting $3.75 million plus.

It has been the couple's home, along with their two children Isabel and James, for the past five years, though they have been there for almost 15 years.

Peta left her corporate career around a decade ago, re-trained as a chef and began her career as a freelance food stylist. Her collaborations have included working with the likes of Gary Mehigan and Curtis Stone.

The family originally owned and lived in the house next door, until they decided to build and design their dream home at 15 Wynnstay Road.

They commissioned Prahran neighbours from the team of architects at McBride Charles Ryan whose cutting-edge facade sets the tone with its use of geometric patterned zinc metal. There's culptural metal wall dividers by Korben/Flaubert along with custom designed wall paper images by Jacqui Henshaw.

Her bespoke main kitchen has Miele induction cook top, integrated refrigerators, a work station and the adjoining caterers' kitchen comes with a second oven, dishwasher, cook top and loads of storage.

The home comes with pool and lush gardens designed by Rick Eckersley.
