Asylum Seeker Resource Centre finds new Melbourne home

Leading asylum seeker organisation - the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre has leased about 3,000 square metres of office space in a commercial building in Melbourne's inner western suburb of Footscray.

The Asylum Seek Resource Centre is moving out of its current headquarters in West Melbourne to 214-218 Nicholson Street.

The centre, which is an Australian independent and non-federal government funded human rights organisation, has agreed to sign a lease for 10 + 5 + 5 years, at a net rental of about $270,000 a year. The lease was negotiated by Dean Kimitsis of Ray White Commercial Oakleigh.
