Glassfit Australia sign lease for first Victorian showroom

Brisbane based pool fencing and balustrade supplier, Glassfit Australia, will establish its first outlet in Victoria, after committing to a six years lease for a showroom in Dandenong South.
The property, at 3/97 Monash Drive, comprises of a new, 997 square metre showroom/warehouse facility facing the Westernport Highway.
Savills Australia senior executive Daniel Kelly negotiated the lease.
The lessor was Melbourne based developer Pellicano Group.
