Developed by Bensons Property Group, Solstice (pictured above) will feature 108 apartments across five levels.

Boasting a curved bronzed façade inspired by neighbouring buildings, the development will feature interiors by Carabolt Holt Turchinov, with residents having access to a gym, cinema and garden courtyard.

One-bedroom apartments start from $449,500 and two-bedroom apartments start from $530,000.

Apartments range in size from 45 square metres to 66 square metres.

Solstice will feature ground level retail, which is yet to secure a tenant.

Construction is scheduled to commence mid next year and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2016.

Further up the road is Emington, a four-level boutique development featuring 68 apartments.

Located on the corner of Camberwell Road and Roseberry Street, Elmington (pictured below) boasts a modern façade of timber-clad balconies designed by Ariel Lopez.
