A combined penthouse offering in Footscray was the top apartment sale in Melbourne last week.
The offering at 905 & 906/1 Moreland Street Footscray sold through Buxton Inner West at $2.55 million.
Tristan Tomasino and Matthew John sold the twin penthouses in one line in the complex designed by Peter McDonald Architects.
The five bedroom, five bathroom apartment comes with six car spaces.
Set on the 9th floor of the Riverside Apartments the dual penthouse is currently set up for one family with easy access to elite schools, universities and major arterial roads.
Delta Property Group was the developer of The Riverside with the off the plan sales taking place in 2015.
