The property also has a storage cage on title.

It was previously listed from 2015 to 2017 seeking $420,000.

In the latest marketing campaign the home which started in July of this year, saw the property originally seeking $329,500 before being reduced to $309,000.

The abode features 52 square metres of internal space plus a balcony.

Last sold for $445,000, the 2013 built apartment was purchased off the plan in 2011.

The median sale price for an apartment in Prahran is $520,500 according to the latest CoreLogic data.
