Southern Highlands estate agent Michael Maloney, who had been principal of Richardson & Wrench Southern Highlands for over three decades, has joined Ray White Bowral.

Maloney has brought with him office manager Mary Drewe, who he has worked alongside for 22 years.

They join Ray White principal Gene Fairbanks (pictured with Maloney below) and Jeremy Crawford, who has joined from The Agency.

They'll be setting up shop in a new office, down Bong Bong Road from the current R&W premises.

Maloney sold the Avoca record earlier this year when he sold Scotsburn for $9.2 million after it was listed for $8.9 million

Fairbanks has had the Ray White business in Bowral for three years.

Hailing from country Queensland, his former career was a rugby union international – three years in Japan, and years with the Reds, Brumbies and Western Force.

Richardson & Wrench Bowral was established in 1985.
