Klaric Partners, the upmarket Sydney northern beaches estate agency, has joined the McGrath Estate Agents network.

The Klaric agency was established in 1997 by Robert and Leonie Klaric.

“Both Leonie and I are extremely proud of all our achievements since establishing the business and are very excited about the future now with McGrath,” Robert Klaric says.

“The opportunity to merge with McGrath now presented to us an outstanding opportunity to expand our reach and professional services beyond Klaric Partners.”

There will be sales offices at Seaforth and Balgowlah, and Klaric’s property management will be conducted from the McGrath Manly office.

McGrath Estate Agents’ most recent office expansion was the opening of a new office in Newcastle, with principals Alex Myers, Sean Redpath and Andrew Robinson heading the new McGrath office located at The Junction.

In the last financial year the group opened four new offices.
