Universal Studios senior vice president of human resources Janine Ashton has finally sold her Potts Point sub-penthouse, having initially listed the apartment in 2010.

She's scored $4.25 million for the sub-penthouse in the Pomeroy building. It was bought by Future Fund founding board member Susan Doyle, who sold in Mosman before Christmas.

Ashton paid $2.24 million for the two bedroom apartment in 2004.

The apartment with New York inspired designer aspects offers north-easterly views over Sydney Harbour from its wrap around balcony and alfresco terrace.
