An ultra-contemporary house on the Beaulieu River near Exbury, Southampton, has been listed with a £12 million asking price. The five-bedroom house sits on a 10.8-hectare block.

Its Knight Frank listing agent, James Crawford, says the Beaulieu River is the premier sailing place on the South Coast, about 60 kilometres from London.
