UBank CEO Lee Hatton buys again in Bronte

The New Zealand-born UBank CEO Lee Hatton has bought again in Bronte.

She's spent $2.35 million on a home, one of only a handful of private homes designed by the late international architect Paul Pholeros, who was an adjunct professor of architecture at the University of Sydney.

The gardens in the Alfred Street property have won Waverley Council's My Beautiful Gardens Awards.

Set on 245 square metre, the home has two bedrooms, an attic retreat and a wisteria-framed entertainer's deck.

Phillips Pantzer Donnelley sold the home.

Hatton owns a $4.25 million home nearby.
