Two loft-style apartments in Sydney's Millers Point have been listed for sale by Property NSW on behalf of Family and Community Services.

The two bedroom split level units, 48 Gloucester Street and 48A Gloucester Street are heritage-listed and available through McGrath Estate Agents and set for May 24 auction.

Proceeds from the sale will be reinvested in social housing across New South Wales.

Millers Point sales have netted over $390 million to fund new social housing dwellings.

McGrath Edgecliff agent, Lorraine Crawford, said the Millers Point market "continues to show strength."
