Triangl swimwear founder sells Bondi Beach apartment for $500,000 loss

The Triangl swimwear founder Craig Ellis and his wife Erin Deering have secured $4.5 million for their Bondi Beach investment apartment.

The 176 square metre, two-bedroom apartment in Pacific Terraces on Notts Avenue was bought for $5 million only last year.

At the time, it was the third apartment to have fetched $5 million in the complex.

Peter Starr, of Raine & Horne Double Bay, secured the re-sale in the recently refurbished, early-1980s block which was built by the experienced development site consultant Bill Shipton with venture capital from the late Kerry Packer.

Ellis, a former Bulldogs AFL footballer who lives in Monaco’s Palazzo Leonardo, has been a longtime successful investor around Bondi.
