Former Foster's boss Trevor O'Hoy is planning to sell his Brighton property at auction this month.

The downsizing couple O'Hoy and his wife, Jenny bought the property from the builder, David McCallum.

It now comes with a putting green.

It will be auctioned May 31 having been available at private treaty earlier this year through JP Dixon. Chris Carrington from Nick Johnstone Real Estate is quoting $1.9 million-plus for his auction.

It is a three-bedroom, two-storey home.

More than $1.9 million is expected for 42 Roslyn Street which has been their home since paying about $1.5 million when listed in 2003 through Buxton.
