Touring car racing legend Allan Moffat lists Toorak apartment

Legendary racing driver Allan Moffat and partner Sue McCure are selling their Toorak apartment.

They tried to find a buyer in 2013 when asking $2,495,000, just as the property price boom begun.

They're now expecting between $2.9 million to $3.19 million through Marshall White Stonnington agents Marcus Chiminello and Anna Perry.

Moffat and McCure paid $2.25 million for the three bedroom, ground floor unit when it was new in 2011.

Moffat won the Australian Touring Car Championship four times over his 25 year career, inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame late last year.

In 2015 Moffat sold his Toorak workshop of 40 years to developers.
