Melbourne businessman Sir Rod Eddington has listed his Toorak home of the past eight years.

More than $11 million is reportedly expected for the Ledbury Court property which comes with pool and tennis court.

The 2,154 square metre holding was bought by Sir Rod and his wife, Young Sook Park for $7.85 million in 2006 from the Ayre family who'd been there since paying $550,000 in 1980.

It is for sale through Kay & Burton's Michael Gibson.
