Celebrity couple Tom Williams and Rachel Gilbert have sold their Freshwater house for $1,775,000 as the expectant parents seek out a new home.

The four-bedroom home was listed with Clark and Humel Property with a guide price of $1.7 million plus.

Williams, who worked as a builder before beginning a career in radio and television, purchased the property in 2010 for $1.29 million and renovated it himself while writing a book about it.

It now boasts high ceilings, timber floorboards, plantation shutters, a deluxe kitchen with European appliances and a solar heated pool.

The property comes complete with storage under the house, a wine cellar, security cameras, and even a panic room.

After years doing up home on the northern beaches, the couple want to live closer to Gilbert’s family in Cronulla.

Williams and Gilbert were married in November last year and met at the Cleo Bachelor of the Year party in 2011.
