Today Show co-host Georgie Gardner and her investment banker husband Tim Baker have had a busy time selling down their real estate portfolio.

They’ve now managed to find buyers for both their Woollahra investment and their South Coast holiday retreat.

Gardner’s days lazing on a hammock at her longtime Culburra Beach retreat (pictured above) just 100 metres from the sand will end after the Easter break following an $800,000 sale at midweek auction.

Ray White agents Julie Gauci and Craig Hadfield handled the marketing of the beach cottage on 835 square metres.

Their three bedroom getaway cost $560,000 in 2007, shortly after the birth of the couple’s second child.

The listings come just weeks after the couple upgraded homes in Sydney.

They moved after eight years from a modernised 1920s Artarmon home to a more modern Mosman home which cost $6 million after they pocketed $4.2 million in Artarmon.

Their Woollahra investment (pictured below), despite a price guide reduction, failed to find a buyer at its auction last weekend, but sold midweek at an undisclosed price, with the couple seeking upwards of $850,000.
