Thornbury tops the six fastest selling suburbs in Victoria

Thornbury, in Melbourne's inner north, ranks as the fastest selling suburb in Victoria, with its townhouses selling in very quick time, according to realestateinvestar.com.au.

Its annual growth has been put at 17.7 percent with the typical townhouse spending just 33 days on market and selling at a $730,000 median price.

Recent townhouse sales include a $596,000 offering on Streetle Street (above) and a $612,500 sale on Clarendon Street (below). 

The next hottest selling market segment are units in Caulfield North.
