The Residence Hyde Park secures $5.7 million sale through Laing Real Estate

The most expensive property reported sold at recent auction was a three bedroom unit at 68/18 College Street Darlinghurst sold pre-auction for $5.7 million.

It sold through Laing Real Estate agent Simon Polito.

It had last sold off the plan in 2008 at $4.5 million.

The 15th floor apartment totals 239 square metres.

The Residence Hyde Park has city views across Hyde Park and the Domain to The Heads.

Designed by Scott Carver Architects, it features a 24 hour concierge, 20 metre heated pool, gym, wine room and residents lounge with caterer's kitchen.
