Designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/ceccato-associates">Ceccato + Architects</a>, each townhouse in Nuovo is a separate dwelling with a freehold title, ensuring no shared walls between units.&nbsp;

This design aims to offer residents greater privacy and a sense of individual ownership.

Nuovo contributes to the limited supply of townhouses in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/arana-hills-qld-4054">Arana Hills</a>, where townhouses represent just 13 per cent of total dwellings, with fewer than 500 in the area.

The location is advantageous, being only 800 metres from Arana Hills Plaza and close to several schooling options, including Grovely State School and a TAFE campus.

JAM Group commence construction on Nuovo, Arana Hills townhouses

Construction has commenced on ITUM's Mimosa Row apartment development in Carnegie.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/itum">ITUM</a> has appointed <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/platinum-construction-0">Platinum Construction</a> as builder of Mimosa Row, which is set to be completed by late 2025.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/mimosa-row-carnegie-100-104-mimosa-road-carnegie">Mimosa Row</a> will consist of 40 apartments, offering a mix of two and three-bedroom units.&nbsp;

The sizes start at 85 sqm, with some of the three-bedroom apartments exceeding 200 sqm.

Designed by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/bg-architecture">BG Architecture</a>, the building features a U-shaped design to maximise natural light within the apartments.&nbsp;

The design also includes clean lines and neutral colours, creating a timeless appearance.

Krisp Interiors has been tasked with interior design, equipping each apartment with Bosch appliances, built-in wardrobes, and designated work-from-home spaces.

Situated on the leafy Mimosa Road, Mimosa Row provides residents with convenient access to <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/carnegie-vic-3163">Carnegie's</a> Koornang Road dining precinct, which is known for its diverse selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.&nbsp;

Construction begins on ITUM's Mimosa Row, Carneige apartment development

Queensland developer Sherpa Property Group is moving ahead with construction of its latest Gold Coast apartment development.

They've appointed <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/builders/lps-group">LPS Group</a>&nbsp;to deliver <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/perspective-helm">Perspective Helm</a> at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/chevron-island-qld-4217">Chevron Island</a>, just 10 residences on a north-facing riverfront site at 107 Stanhill Drive.

There are four waterfront villas on offer, four river residences, and two two-level penthouses. Prices start from $3.7 million and range up to $10 million. Each will have three to four bedrooms and multi-purpose rooms.

Perspective Helm will be designed by architecture firm&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/hal-architects">HAL Architects</a>&nbsp;and with interior design by MAS Architecture.

In addition to Perspective Helm, LPS Group was recently appointed to deliver Sherpa’s Perspective Nexus at Palm Beach, which is currently under construction.

Following development approval in May, the Perspective Helm site is to settle in late July, with construction commencing on August 1.

Sherpa appoint LPS Group to build Perspective Helm, Chevron Island apartments

Architect turned developer Joe Adsett is teaming up with developer Zephyr Group QLD for Palais Bulimba, a boutique collection of high-end apartments on the Brisbane River.

The duo has just filed a minor-change application for the project on a prime 1,991 sqm site at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/25-27-byron-street-bulimba">25-27 Byron Street</a>.

Adsett has designed the two buildings that will home just 13 luxury apartments, each offering expansive living areas, state-of-the-art kitchens and premium fixtures and fittings. Residents will also have access to a communal rooftop terrace with a lap pool, gym, sauna, and private gardens.

Adsett's design focused on taking advantage of the 30 metres of absolute river frontage, connecting residents to nature and views with river-facing balconies.&nbsp;

Adsett is expecting Palais Bulimba to attract significant interest from both local and interstate buyers. Construction is slated to commence later this year, with completion expected in mid-2026.

Adsett and his team will be designing, managing the sales and development in partnership with developer Zephyr Group Qld, who will also build the project internally through their building division Zephyr Build.

Kailani, the only new apartment development on Batemans Bay's dress circle Beach Road, has smashed not only the local record for the highest apartment sale, but for the whole Eurobadalla Shire.

The $2.75 million sale of the penthouse crowns the low-rise building that is currently under construction by builder-developer&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/kela-building-group">KELA Building Group</a>.

McGrath Projects agent Adam Sparkes said the buyer was a local, and is intending on reconfiguring the large floorplan.

The golf club is one of the biggest drawcards in the whole of Batemans Bay. The championship Catalina Club Golf Course is accompanied by the Catalina Country Club, arguably one of the most popular spots in Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla Shire.

Kailani residents will be a level walk to the Batemans Bay township where there are two shopping centres, Village Centre and Bridge Plaza. The marina across the road is a boaties paradise with all required amenities. It is also home to seafood restaurants Southern Catch and JJ's at The Marina
