The most expensive sales of the week, including a Cronulla red brick cottage stunner
A red brick Cronulla cottage with stunning views across Gunnamatta Bay was last week’s most expensive sale at $3.8 million, according to RP Data.
The 1,056 square metre property features a brand new, self-contained granny flat in addition to the main home’s updated bathrooms and modern kitchen.
Highland Property Agents Cronulla carried the listing.

The median price for houses in Cronulla is $1,257,500, a drop of -2.9% over the past 12 months according to RP Data.
RP Data recorded five sales above the $2 million mark after last week’s top sale fetched $1.7 million in Sandy Bay, Tasmania.
