The palatial 15 Wiringa Close, Narre Warren North property offering is back on the market.

The home is scheduled for 8 November auction through LJ Hooker agent Metin Aziret.

The size of the six bedroom, seven bathroom building is more than 1,200 square metres.

The owner builder vendor built on the 4,000 square metre block in 2006.

It was for sale briefly in 2009 at $1.69 million, advertised as "a palace of dreams".

This time the marketing hook is 130 squares of opulence.

"Majestic, palatial, gobsmacking, awe-inspiring… these are the adjectives that spring straight to mind when first gazing upon this Narre Warren North piece of architectural wonder," says the agent.

The street's highest sale was $1.5 million in June this year.
