It was listed with price hopes of $1.19 million $1.29 million, and understood to have sold at above the guidance range.
She raised her family at the two-level property in Melbourne's outer east, which has been listed through Fletchers Ringwood agent Robin Waterbury.

It has been many years since the children moved out.
She now lives in Hawthorn.
