The Beyonce Brunswick house sells pre-auction

The Brunswick house made famous when Beyonce visited to film her 2013 music video No Angel has been sold pre-auction.

It has had a complete renovation in recent times.

The price has not been disclosed but it listed with a price guide of $1.2 million to $1.3 million.

It reportedly fetched between $1.1 million and $1.2 million.

The previous, elderly owner was paid $300 for the film shoot at 20 Beith Street.

The house was listed and sold for $650,000 in 2016 to the current owner, who had it listed through Carl Sacco of Nelson Alexander Brunswick.

It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen with Smeg appliances, plus a bluestone-paved courtyard.
