Former WMTA Light Heavyweight World Thai boxing champion Nick 'Special K' Kara is selling his Prahran investment.

Kara has owned the tuck-pointed Edwardian for nearly two decades. He paid $322,500 in 1999.

Back and forth from living and working in Thailand, the home became a $690 a week rental.

The contemporary three bedder still with its fret-worked hallway features a north-facing courtyard on its 180 sqm parcel.

Jellis Craig agents Michael and Craig Hingston have a $1.25 million to $1.35 million guide for its October 13 auction.

Kara has fought in Thailand at the King's request.

He has also fought at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

He was a coach for the UFC reality TV series The Ultimate Fighter, which was also filmed in Vegas.
