The top 10 Tasmanian locations for June quarter house sales
As sales activity picks up dramatically in Tasmania, Property Observer looks at the top 10 Tasmanian suburbs with the greatest number of house sales over the June quarter.
The list is topped by Kingston, in outer Hobart, with 45 sales over the quarter.
In Kingston, sales are up 25% over the quarter and 96% over the year.
Number two is Sandy Bay, an inner Hobart suburb, with 39 sales over the quarter, up 14.7% over the quarter.
The suburb on the list with the greatest quarterly increase is Moonah, in middle Hobart, up 187.5% over the quarter to 23 sales.
