Scottsdale slowest-selling locality in Tasmania: RP Data

Scottsdale, in Tasmania’s north east, is the state’s slowest-selling locality, with houses taking more than six months to sell, according to RP Data. Scottsdale has recently suffered from job losses. Property Observer notes there were 18 sales in Scottsdale last year.
