Bona Vista Farm is part of Bona Vista Estate, which was granted to Simeon Lord in 1826. The farm has been leased since 1997 and comprises 2,015 hectares of grazing land and 1,380 hectares of native grassland and forest. It includes a four-bedroom farm manager's house, a two-bedroom station hand's cottage and a machinery shed. The property is on the South Esk River and is about an hour from Launceston. The property is being marketed by Roberts Rural Real Estate Launceston agent Peter Stackhouse with price hopes of $3 million plus.
