An amazing rental in Hobart

Jennifer DukeFebruary 2, 2014

A gorgeous property in Tasmania's Hobart has jumped onto the radar as a rental that many of us are envious of, with Rent Resumé providing us our Tweet of the Day with this shout out:

The property, 13/84 Upper Fitzroy Crescent, Hobart (pictured below), is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in a loft style. Think red, think stainless steel and think modern-meets-cosy. We particularly like the shape of the windows and the concept of a skylight above the bed. The beamed ceilings are also lovely.

However, it is asking $525 per week. The median rent for Hobart units looks to be at $450 per week, according to RP Data, so this is nudging the upper end of the market with one-bedroom, one-bathroom properties able to be rented for less than half this price.

The loft is said to have stunning views, which can just be seen from the listing pictures.
