Queenstown is the cheapest place to purchase a house in Tasmania, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that the average median price of a two bedroom house at Queenstown is $68,000.

This is followed by Zeehan with $79,000 and Roseberry with $92,500 for a three bedroom houses.
