The small coastal town Binalong Bay – with a median house price of $318,500 – is Tasmania’s slowest selling suburb with an average of 209 days on the market before a sale.

Coles Bay - the main entrance point to the Freycinet National Park - comes in second place with a median house price of $300,00 and 190 days on the market.

Located on the western side of the Huon River, Glen Huon is third on the list with an average of 187 days on the market and a median house price of $265,000.
