Seven Mile Beach leads fastest-selling localities in Tasmania: RP Data

Seven Mile Beach, near Hobart International Airport, is Tasmania’s fastest-selling locality, with houses taking an average of just 26 days to sell last year, according to RP Data. This was closely followed by Cooee at 30 days and then by Mount Stuart at 40. Property Observer notes there were 18 sales in Seven Mile Beach last year.
