Sydney's home values up by 14 percent this year: CoreLogic

Sydney has the highest increase in home values over the year to date, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that Sydney’s home value over the year has increased by 14 percent.

Sydney’s home value also has the highest increase in 12 months with a reported increase of 12 percent.

However Perth’s home values are declining by 4% in 12 months with a year to date decline of 5 percent.
